Empanadas are Argentinan “hot pockets”, flakey pastries filled with meats, vegetables and/or cheese. Patagonia is located in the city of Orange, off Tustin Street across from the Orange Village mall. They used to be located in the back of a liquor store, and now they have their own place.
They have lunch specials, but for dinner the menu is a la carte. Karen and I split a few empanadas. The 4 that we shared was actually quite filling. It’s inexpensive, made fresh and delicious.
