The Food Truck Haven is a lot that opened up earlier this month, serving up lunch and dinner on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. They are located across from the Outlets of Orange, just off the 5 freeway and Chapman.
The food trucks that were serving dinner today were:
- Poke Hut Truck (@ThePokeHut)
Hawaiian style fish bowls, served over rice, and mixed in a ponzu (citrus), shoyu (soy sauce) or spicy mayo sauce.
- Ragin Cajun (@CajunonWheels).
Cajun food on wheels! This truck was seen on the Great Food Truck Race, season 1, but food truck fans are more familiar with the animated owner, Stephen Domingue.
- Adobo Express Truck (@AdoboExpressOC)
Filipino food truck serving up adobo rice bowls, burritos, quesadillas, nachos, tacos, and, of course, lumpias (filipino style eggrolls).
- Hobo Co. Pizza (@HoboCoPizza)
A mobile pizza truck serving up customized, personal sized pizzas for one price.
- and for dessert Haole boys Shave Ice (@HBShaveIce)
Just like going back to the Islands…. and they even have a secret menu!

It was a difficult decision, but I decided to have dinner from Adobo Express and dessert from Haole Boys.
