On Wednesday, April 19th the Anaheim Ducks entered game 4 with a 3-0 record. Calgary had to win this game to stay alive. Unlike game 3, the Ducks dominated the first period and quickly scored a goal. The Flames pulled their goalie after the 1st goal, only to have a 2nd goal scored by the Ducks.
The Flames would score one goal in the 2nd period, but the Ducks score a 3rd insurance goal in the 3rd period, beating Calgary with a final score of 3 to 1, sweeping and eliminating the Flames from the first round of the NHL Playoffs.

After the game, the 2 teams lined up for the traditional shaking of hands. Even though it was a sweep, it was no easy task the Ducks had Now, onto Round 2, versus either the San Jose Sharks or the Edmonton Oilers.
