One of my favorite restaurants in Vegas is Musashi. It was featured in Steak Paradise on the Cooking Channel, and are known more for their teppan, but the sushi side is just as delicious, and very affordable.
Karen and I shared the Ahi Poke Tuna salad, Agedashi Fried Tofu, White fish Tempura, and Oyokudon, which is a rice dish made with broth, onions, meat, and topped with an egg.
