When I think of a quick meal, I seem to think McDonald’s. Then, I feel terrible, not because its a bad meal, but because McDonald’s isn’t good for me.
Then, I remember I can get lunch at the Playground. I felt better eating a healthier meal made from scratch, not frozen or made with pink stuff. Today I had a beautiful trout with grilled asparagus with a glass of their delicious, filtered water, and not a diet soda. I left the restaurant sufficiently full, and feeling much better…but of unfortunately its not as cheap as McDonald’s.
