When I was going to Montreal, Kris Loomis from the Anaheim Ducks said to try a Canadian dish called “poutine”. It’s typically a bar food dish, supposedly for hangovers. It’s a heaping amount of fries topped with cheese curds and brown gravy.
There’s a new food truck called Gravy Train Poutinerie, and they have a variety of poutine dishes. I chose to have the traditional one, without any toppings.
It’s not as good as having one in Canada, but it’s a decent way to get my fix!
