Normally on Mondays I go to yoga. Today, Roger asked if I was busy for dinner, and easily swayed me to join him at Yosuke Sushi in Anaheim Hills.
He suggested we order the steak teriyaki and shrimp tempura combination, which came with a small order of California roll, salad, and fruit. The dinners came in huge bento type bowls. Everything was fresh, and the steak was nice and buttery, easy to bite and chew. It was a great suggestion!
