After waiting for months, we finally get to see Iris, a Cirque du Soleil show held exclusively at the Kodak theater in Hollywood. Danny Elfman did the music score, and the theme was paying tribute to the (creation of) movies in Hollywood.
It was definitely worth the wait. We had row D seats, which were a little close, but excellent seats nonetheless. If I were to watch this again, I would watch it in the second tier.
Before the show, we had lunch at Rolling Stones Café. The food was above average, and the restaurant offered validation and also it was close to Iris. Even with validation, the price for parking was still nine dollars.
I’d rate Iris 4 out of 5 stars.
