September is #NoKidHungry month and Karen and I continued our support by going to Corner Bakery in La Habra, California for dinner. Like our visit at Boudin Bakery, Corner Bakery also offered a coupon book worth $30 of food items for a $5 donation. They also had other incentives to make donating easier, such as purchasing select baked goods, or donating $1 to get a free cookie or Bottoms Up Bundt in return. That’s right… a buck!

We chose to get the Corner Bakery pastas for dinner. I ordered the Mac n Cheese, and Karen got the Marinara pasta, plus a side of fruit. We also donated $1.00 toward #NoKidHungry, and for dessert got a tiny Bottoms Up Bundt cake.
