New security screening at Honda Center, Anaheim

The new season is here! As you prepare to come to Honda Center for exciting Ducks hockey, we would like to alert you to some new security enhancements for this season.

Metal Detectors –
All entry doors at Honda Center are now outfitted with new state-of-the-art walk-through metal detection systems where fans will be screened prior to entry. This league-wide initiative aims to strengthen and standardize security practices, as well as ensure that the safety of our guests is a top priority.

• To expedite this process please remove any items that may set off the alarm and place them in the screening bins upon entry.
• Fans will not have to remove their belts, shoes and jackets.

Personal Items and Bags –

Please limit the amount of personal items brought to the arena.

• Fans entering the venue without bags or utilizing a transparent bag will have expedited entry through a designated and dedicated line at each main entrance to the venue (North, East & South Entry Doors).
• Fans entering with any other bags, including purses will enter through the standard entry line.
• Allbags entering Honda Center should be soft sided, smaller than 12x12x12 and able to fully fit beneath your arena seat. No backpacks will be allowed into the arena.
