I never knew the Bruery had tours of their brewery! So on a lazy Sunday, Stephen and I stopped by the fulfillment center to pick up his Society allocation of beers, and popped into the tasting room for a flight. Just a little before 2:00 a staff member rings the bell and announces there’s 3 spots left for the 2:00 tour. Tour? Really?
For $5 +tax, you can get a tour of the place, which lasted just a little over an hour. They showed us the area where they hold the grain, a little speech about the fermenting process, took us to the area where they boil down the hops, to the area they bottle the beers.
We even got 2 samples of their beers, and at the end they traded our sticky used sample glasses for a fresh souvenir glass with the Bruery logo.
Thumbs up to a great little tour.
