Chef Jason Quinn tells the bad Yelpers where to go

As a food truck fan, I’ve become good friends with many food truck chefs and owners.  Jason Quinn, former chef for the Lime Truck, and I have become good friends, and he knows that I’ll always support him.

Check out this video from CBS news regarding Chef Jason, and the Yelp reviews he received about his restaurant The Playground.

This video shows how passionate Jason is about his food, his reputation, and his connection with his customers.  He still comes out to the dining area to make sure the food tastes good, and is always asking for feedback.  I can understand why he can’t comprehend a bad review on Yelp… if you’re not happy, bring it up to him or his staff.
