Stephen has family in Germany, and we made arrangements to have lunch with his cousin Horst and his family on Sunday. We had to top off our tank at Shell before heading out.On our way to see them, we made a quick stop at Phungstadt, where Stephen lived in his elementary school years.

After the quick visit to Phungstadt, we drove to meet his cousin and his family. They took us to restaurant called Goldener Engel for lunch, which reminded me of BJ’s microbrewery.
Food was very good but the service was very very slow. Fortunately they served their drinks in nice big glasses which kept us busy.
