The theme tonight was mushrooms, and lots of it! The amuse bouche was a fried mushroom with pineapple salsa. For my starter, I had the mushroom soup, which was a consommé. For some reason I thought it would be cream soup.
Entree choice was pork medallions with dessert the Creme Schnitte.
