Tour the Sriracha Factory

sriracha-familyIf you’ve ever eaten at an Asian restaurant, whether it’s Korean, Vietnamese, Chinese or maybe even Japanese or Thai, you’ve come across this familiar red bottle: the Sriracha Chili Sauce, the one with the rooster and the green cap.

The factory is located in Irwindale, California, and they are having their 3rd Annual Chili Grinding kickoff.

Starting September 10th – October 1st every Saturday 10am – 3pm join us for our third annual chili grinding open house event.

Experience grinding season in full production, from seed to sauce. Free sampling, t-shirts, and a lion dance performance! (Free items while supplies last) Fun for all ages. Check calendar for availability.

Please register per vehicle, as we are limited in parking spaces per hour. Also, please note the total amount of guests attending.

September sold out – October is available

Currently the month of September is sold out, but few appointments are open for October 1st. Sadly, I cannot go on that day, and am on a wait list for September 10 or 17.

Huy Fong Foods also have mid week tours of the factory, but no chili grinding will be made.   You can sign up for either tours at http://www.huyfong.com/toursnow/
