The final part of our Royal Day Out was the State Room at Buckingham Palace. We completed the first 2 segments a bit early and had 10 minutes to wait to be let into the Palace. Rather than wait in line, we went in front of the Palace to take photos and selfies.
Like the Gallery and Mews, visitors are offered free audio guides to listen to as you do a self tour of the Palace. However, unlike the prior places, once you past security, the Palace does not allow you to take any photos until you reach the garden. So, here’s what the back of Buckingham Palace looks like.
