If you’re visiting Nashville, there’s Music Row, Grand Ol’ Opry, and plenty of good food from biscuits to the Meats and 3.
Those are all good stuff, but our objective is to taste some Tennessee Whiskey, and our first activity is an “Angels Share tour” at one of the most famous place, Jack Daniels Distillery, located an hour away in Lynchburg.

We parked across from the Visitor Center and took the free shuttle to a village, where the gift store is located. We had hours to kill, so we did a little shopping, and explored the visitors center.
Our tour guide was Courtney. She was such an amazing guide who drew us in with her narration of the history of the company.
At the tastings, we sampled 5 popular, higher end Jack Daniels products.
The entire visit was about 2 hours. Parking is free, and there’s no cost to visit the village or the visitors center. The tours vary in price.
