London Bridge –> Tower Bridge (via Queen’s Walk)

We left Borough’s Market and made our way toward the London Bridge.  We were going to walk the London Bridge to get to our next destination, the Tower Bridge, but noticed there was a walkway along the River Thames called the Queen’s Walk.

We followed the walk along the River Thames and came upon the Hay’s Galleria, a warehouse-turned-mall with shops and restaurants. Inside was a magnificent golden archway containing a 60 ft moving bronze sculpture of a ship, called ‘The Navigators’ by sculptor David Kemp, unveiled in 1987 to commemorate the Galleria’s shipping heritage.

Following the River, we could see the Walkie-Talkie, the HMS Belfast before arriving at the Tower Bridge.

We crossed the Tower Bridge to head over to the Sky Garden, where we had a 3:00 appointment to view London from the 35th floor (155 meters).
