For the next 15 days, the Azamara Journey will be our home. Our ship is small compared to the typical cruise ships floating out there. Instead of housing 3000 passengers, the Journey had about 600 passengers.
Our room was #7083 and we were located in the middle of the ship, which was good for us as the start of our journey was quite rocky. Our room was small, but was able to hold a king sized bed, a sofa, a coffee table, and a veranda/ balcony (which we never used).
While waiting for our ship to depart, we enjoyed the buffet on the 9th floor at the Windows Cafe. Every night the buffet would have a different theme, making it difficult to decide if we wanted the sit down dining or the casual buffet dining.
