We’re still practicing social distancing during this COVID-19 time. Restaurants are not able to provide dine-in service but we are able to dine al fresco. If alcohol is consumed, a meal must be purchased with it.
We decided to go south towards San Diego to visit a brewery. Normally we go to Stone Brewing but decided we needed a change, and tried Belching Beaver’s Pub 980. They don’t accept reservations but they don’t have a big crowd during lunch. We arrived at 11:30, and only one group was here.
As mentioned, a meal must be purchased if you are consuming alcohol.
For food, we ordered the Cubano sandwich to cover the entree, and ordered buffalo wings, fried cauliflower and leaks, and a full portion of the onion rings.

Stephen paired lunch with a flight…

And the final beer was a taster of a beer called Me So Honey 🍯 🐝
Overall a great visit and highly recommended.
